Chiara Bordin
Born and raised in Venice, Chiara Bordin has over a decade of experience designing and managing cultural initiatives in Italy’s major art cities. She has curated significant exhibitions and urban regeneration projects, transforming historic buildings into dynamic, accessible cultural spaces. Through collaborations with museums, curators, and international institutions, she has coordinated high-profile projects for the Venice Biennale and beyond, overseeing every operational phase with precision and strategic insight.
Alongside her work with cultural organizations, she also advises luxury brands and private partners wishing to engage with the art world. With a background in marketing and communication, she builds partnerships that bridge culture and enterprise, generating shared and lasting value.
Sonia Petrazzi
With over thirty years of experience in event planning and communication, Sonia Petrazzi specializes in the creation of exclusive events and luxury weddings in Venice, Italy and abroad.
Her deep knowledge of Venice allows her to craft authentic experiences where luxury is expressed through detail and harmony. Each project is the result of a refined balance between tradition and innovation, brought to life in collaboration with scenographers, chefs, and creative professionals. Her holistic approach combines planning and design to create bespoke, memorable events that exceed every expectation.
Pietro Rusconi
Of Italian-American origins, Pietro brings extensive experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, and marketing, with an international education from Georgetown University and the Glion Institute.
After holding management positions in some of Venice’s most iconic hotels — including the Bauer Hotel, The St. Regis Venice, the Hilton Molino Stucky, and Hotel Cipriani — he successfully led Venice Sotheby’s Realty and Venice Prestige.
Since April 2025, he has been Managing Partner of the Venice office of Barnes International Realty, strengthening his leadership in the high-end property sector and focusing his work on enhancing the Venetian way of living.

Albina Podda is a communication and external relations professional at CLAP Press, Events & Communication, where she manages press relations, PR, events, strategic positioning, digital communication, international relations, and crisis communication. She works with companies, consortia, and institutions, developing long-term, high-impact projects for Italian and international clients.
Ivan Buongiovanni
Ivan, originally from the province of Turin, built his professional background through extensive travel and hands-on experience in luxury hospitality and customer service. After moving to Venice, he began working with Marco in managing a prestigious boutique hotel. Their synergy led to the creation of their bespoke concierge company, and their meeting with Pietro marked the beginning of a broader, integrated vision: to offer a full-service approach to luxury real estate, combining property sales and enhancement with lifestyle services tailored to the highest standards.
Together, Pietro and Ivan offer more than just properties — they deliver experiences, authentic connections, and tailored services that turn every transaction into a curated journey.
